Thinking About Thoughts Counseling Services is an online based counseling private practice currently accepting new clients created by Jeremy Jones, LPC, CADC-2.  Mental health and addiction recovery services are offered to all those living in the state of Oregon.  At this time only private pay is accepted and all clients must be 18+ to engage in services.  Services are offered through video or phone conferencing and can be provided in the comfort of the environment of your choosing.  Jeremy specializes in mood, thought, and behavioral related disorders and issues.  They use a holistic Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic approach focused on therapies to help navigate and better understand the places/aspects of your life causing pain, and to support you in living your most authentic life.  As a provider, Jeremy works to guide individuals towards improving cognitive distortions, emotional regulation, healthier coping skills, and self-esteem.

Individual counseling is a personal opportunity to receive support and experience growth during challenging times in life. Therapy relies on a shared belief that talking helps. Some people enter therapy because they are experiencing a crisis, they feel alone and misunderstood. Some people enter therapy because they feel stuck in some aspect of their life and need help sorting through it. Some people enter therapy because they are curious about what they think, how they think and want feedback. If any of the above resonated with you, therapy may be beneficial to you based on where you are at in your journey.
