My name is Alysa and I am a full spectrum doula offering birthing women and families support through prenatal, labor, birth, and postpartum in the Houston area. All women deserve to feel empowered and have a beautiful experience bringing their little one Earth side. My why

I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as one of the most beautiful things about humanity. As a doula, I am privileged to help women and their partners make these experiences as positive and healthy as possible. I take my personal experience as a driving force to educate and inform my clients, not advocate for a specific style of birth. I believe in empowering a woman and her partner so that they feel confident in achieving the pregnancy and birth they deserve.
