Preferred Health Care Services

Preferred Health Care Services is committed to delivering exceptional and compassionate care to our clients for as little as 2 hours a day or up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at affordable hourly rates. We help clients reach their optimal level of wellness because our para-professionals, Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides give quality and reliable individualized care to support your personal care and within the comfort of your home or place of residence.

Registered Nurses are available to provide an initial assessment at no cost to you. Also, they provide quarterly supervision to monitor on-going needs and appropriate individualized care for the clients. If leaving a rehab center or hospital they will implement suggested guidelines of care proposed in the patients discharge plan. They will communicate with the patient’s physician as needed. If you request other licensed professionals, they will be made available to support your need.
