We believe that everyone can brew better coffee at home, but we also know that means something different to each coffee drinker.

When the Third Wave coffee movement was bringing specialty coffee on the scene, it brought with it a lighter roast profile. One thing we noticed early on was that this lighter roast profile wasn’t for everyone. That’s why we started out featuring medium roasts on not only our blends but also our single origin coffees.

Since then, we have expanded our range to include light, espresso, and dark roasts for drinkers who enjoy their coffees that way. But our foundation is still the delicious medium roast.

Our medium roast profile still celebrates the origin and distinct qualities of our specialty beans while bringing a richness that is closer to what many coffee drinkers are looking for in their cup.
