Our campus offers an entire continuum of care ranging in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Outpatient Therapy, Meals on Wheels, and Home Health Care. On site Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Come here for Rehabilitation for an injury, surgery, or illness then return home. Our staff have over 30 years of experience in our facility. You or your loved one becomes part of our family when here. Weekly Church Services on campus. On site physician and podiatry visits. In house salon services. Daily activities on campus with occasional activities outside of the facility. All utilities including cable and WIFI are included. We offer private rooms, private with a shared bathroom, and shared rooms. New Skilled Private rooms with showers and private temp control. New outpatient therapy center. We accept Private Pay, Long Term Care Insurance, Medicare, Medicare Managed Care, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, and VA Medications.
