CDPAP New York State

Our CDPAP Services in New York State is a fully funded Medicaid program. CDPAP stands for our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program, where eligible consumers/patients direct their assistance/care rather than a home care agency, which means they can hire family members and friends as paid caregivers.

CDPAP offers no out-of-pocket cost home care option. With CDPAP, people who live at home don’t have to move to assisted living or a similar facility just because they become ill or injured and need some level of monitoring and care. Instead, they can assign someone they love and trust to take care of them at home, and that person gets paid for doing so.
