My name is Rachel & I work with kids & young adults, as well as adults. My therapeutic style is individualized depending on each client & their needs. I have experience with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, & co-occurring disorders. I also work with kids/teens on body image, self-esteem, & emotional skills using art, movement, & play. I work with DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, animal-assisted social work, & expressive therapies (all depending on my client’s needs).
