Dr. Jacobson is a Board-certified gynecologist and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists who have been in private practice for over thirty years. His work focuses on hormone replacement therapy for both men and women and provides telehealth options. Dr. Jacobson’s practice is highly individualized and no two patients have the same set of needs or treatment plan. He is affiliated with Greenwich Hospital and Stamford Hospital.
