He spent more than 10 years as in-house counsel for one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the country where his duties focused on contract negotiations, business transactions, commercial disputes, employment issues, and risk management.

Additionally, Andrew worked for 7 years as a MLBPA Certified Player Agent representing more than 40 professional baseball players in contract and endorsement negotiations. The preparation and strategies involved in the professional negotiation of multi-million dollar player contracts has been instrumental in negotiating successful outcomes for private clients. Additionally, Andrew Mongelluzzi learned a great deal about representing small businesses while creating and operating two separate new ventures within the past 10 years.
