Fortified Fitness

Fortified Fitness provides 1 on 1 personal training options, along with group fitness classes are available online and in person. Strong Nation program is also offered (HIIT, strengthening, Cardio, Total Body). Participation in these classes will assist with weight management, weight loss, toning, building confidence and creating an environment of accountability.
