About Me

I am David Barack DDS, periodontics living in Illinois. I studied biomedical engineering at Northwestern University. After done dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 1978. I received a Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology in 1991. I served as an assistant clinical professor for the college of dentistry from 1983-1995.

I incorporated implant surgical techniques into practice beginning with training in the Bränemark Implant System at the University of Texas in San Antonio in 1987. 


In addition to my teaching duties at the University Of Illinois – College Of Dentistry, I delivered lectured internationally on the implant and periodontal surgical techniques.


In my spare time, I enjoy exercising and playing billiards. In the past, I studied Martial Arts and have a black belt in karate!
