About Me

Counsel Carolina (Osborn Gambale Beckley & Budd PLLC) is an award-winning Raleigh personal injury law firm fighting for the injured and underserved in North Carolina. Our team of Raleigh personal injury lawyers and trial attorneys has recovered millions in damages for our clients and is committed to making good legal help more accessible, fair, and universal. Our Raleigh injury attorneys bridge the obstacles that prevent regular, everyday people from getting the legal help they need and function as a community legal resource for the underserved and those left behind by traditional law firms. Though our team and experiences are diverse, our mission in clear: make the law work for everyone. Our Raleigh personal injury lawyers and trial attorneys aren’t afraid to go to trial or take on powerful interests to get you the justice you deserve.

Justin Osborn is a founding member of Counsel Carolina, whose personal advocacy for fairness and progressive social policies led to the firm’s RV-based mobile services program. A former insurance adjuster and insurance defense lawyer, Justin now represents clients against the same corporate and insurance interests he once defended. Whether as a personal injury lawyer, trial attorney, or advocate, Justin has rededicated his career to making legal services more equitable and universally accessible for those in the community.

In 2019, Justin was named a Leader in the Law by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly as “one of the most influential individuals within our state’s legal community.”

Justin is a proud tribal citizen of the Cherokee Nation and was one of the first in his family to obtain a college degree. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma and the University of Virginia School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and South Carolina. When he’s free, Justin enjoys BBQing, woodworking, renovating his family’s 1940s home, and trying to keep up with his wife Andrea and their young daughter and newborn son.
